Description

This Mediterranean Burrata Board brings creamy burrata, vibrant vegetables, and bold Mediterranean flavors together in one stunning, shareable appetizer. With no cooking required, it’s the ultimate effortless crowd-pleaser—perfect for summer evenings, casual snacking, or holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large ball of burrata cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup hummus or baba ganoush
  • 2 tbsp pesto or olive tapenade
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • Warm naan or pita bread, cut into wedges
  • Optional add-ins: cucumber slices, grapes, toasted nuts

Instructions

  • Place the burrata cheese in the center of a large serving board or platter.

  • Arrange the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, roasted red peppers, hummus, and pesto around the cheese in separate clusters.

  • Tuck in fresh basil leaves and any optional extras like cucumber slices, grapes, or toasted nuts.

  • Drizzle olive oil generously over the burrata.

  • Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  • Serve immediately with warm naan or pita wedges. Let guests scoop and savor each layer of flavor.

Notes

  • Burrata should be served at room temperature for the best texture—let it sit out for 10–15 minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to swap ingredients based on what’s in season or in your pantry—this board is totally customizable.

  • For a more robust option, add small bowls of tabbouleh, dolmas, or even falafel alongside the board.
