  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (full-fat for best texture)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra-virgin recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or chili crunch sauce
  • Fresh thyme or oregano, for garnish
  • Toasted bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for easy blending.

  • In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

  • Transfer to a shallow serving bowl.

Notes

  • Sheep’s milk feta gives a creamier, less crumbly texture.

  • If you can’t find chili crunch, use red pepper flakes with a drizzle of sesame oil.
