Description

Ingredients

200g Brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

¼ cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped

1 tbsp honey

1 egg, lightly beaten

¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp olive oil (for baking)

Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Dip each Brie cube into beaten egg, then roll in a mixture of chopped pistachios and panko breadcrumbs.
