Description

There’s something downright irresistible about Pistachio Crusted Brie Bites with Fig Honey Glaze—warm, melty, nutty, and topped with a glossy fig-honey drizzle. Perfect for cozy nights, brunches, or impressing guests without stress.

Ingredients

Scale

6 oz brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

½ cup chopped pistachios

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

2 tbsp fig jam

1 tbsp honey

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into a mini muffin tin to form cups.

3. Roll brie cubes in chopped pistachios (optional) and place one in each pastry cup.

4. Brush edges with beaten egg and bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.

5. Mix fig jam and honey, then drizzle over warm brie bites before serving.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy the perfect sweet-savory bite.

Notes

Keep puff pastry cold for best rise.

Do not overload the pastry cups with brie.

Drizzle glaze just before serving to maintain crispness.

Can prep unbaked bites in fridge up to 24 hours.

Use gluten-free puff pastry for a gluten-free version.
