Description

This Peach, Burrata & Balsamic Flatbread with Basil is a simple yet show-stopping recipe. Sweet, juicy peaches meet creamy burrata, tangy balsamic glaze, and fresh basil on a crispy flatbread—perfect for brunch, light dinner, or impressing guests. Honestly, it’s effortless but looks and tastes gourmet!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves, torn
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

  • Brush the flatbread with olive oil. Arrange peach slices evenly over the surface.

  • Tear burrata cheese over the peaches.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and burrata is slightly melted.

  • Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  • Scatter fresh basil leaves on top and season with salt and pepper.

  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for natural sweetness and best caramelization.

  • Leftover flatbread can be stored in the fridge up to 2 days; reheat in oven to keep crispiness.

  • Substitute basil with arugula for a peppery twist.

  • Burrata can be swapped with fresh mozzarella or ricotta if unavailable.
