Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
Brush the flatbread with olive oil. Arrange peach slices evenly over the surface.
Tear burrata cheese over the peaches.
Bake 12–15 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and burrata is slightly melted.
Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Scatter fresh basil leaves on top and season with salt and pepper.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for natural sweetness and best caramelization.
Leftover flatbread can be stored in the fridge up to 2 days; reheat in oven to keep crispiness.
Substitute basil with arugula for a peppery twist.
Burrata can be swapped with fresh mozzarella or ricotta if unavailable.
