Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup marinated olives

  • 1 cup stuffed grape leaves (dolmas)
  • 1 block feta cheese, drizzled with olive oil & oregano
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 1 roasted zucchini, sliced
  • 1 roasted eggplant, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ½ cup pickled onions
  • ½ cup pita bread wedges (or flatbread)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, mint, basil) for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare your serving board or large platter.

  • Place small bowls for dips (hummus, red pepper hummus, tzatziki) and olives.

  • Arrange roasted vegetables, chickpeas, grape leaves, and feta around the board.
