- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 small roasted red pepper, sliced
- ¾ cup roasted zucchini or eggplant slices
- ¾ cup falafel bites
- ¾ cup warm pita bread, cut into triangles
- ¾ cup pita chips or seeded crackers
- Fresh herbs (mint, dill, parsley) for garnish
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
Arrange dips (hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki, roasted red pepper dip) in small bowls on a large serving tray or board.
Surround dips with olives, dolmas, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, and roasted chickpeas.
Add cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, roasted zucchini or eggplant, and roasted red pepper.
Place falafel bites around the tray and arrange pita triangles and pita chips for dipping.
