Ingredients
- 8 oz block of feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios)
- 1 small bunch fresh basil and/or oregano
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh pita bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
Place the block of feta in the center of a large serving board or platter.
Arrange cherry tomatoes, olives, roasted peppers, cucumbers, and nuts in small sections around the feta.
Place hummus and tzatziki in small bowls and set them on the board.
Drizzle olive oil over the feta and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Add pita bread or crackers to the side for dipping and spreading.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
