  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, green)
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, torn
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • Assorted crackers, crostini, or warm pita, for serving

Instructions

  • Place burrata in the center of a large serving board.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and scatter basil and oregano over the top.

  • Finish with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
