Ingredients

  • 2 balls fresh burrata cheese (4 oz / 113g each)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, green)
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • Warm pita bread, naan, or crusty bread for serving

Instructions

  • Place burrata in the center of a large serving board or platter.

  • Arrange cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, roasted red peppers, and cucumber slices around the burrata.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with torn basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

 

  • Serve immediately with warm pita, naan, or crusty bread.
