Description

Ingredients
1 sourdough loaf, sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Slice the sourdough loaf into cubes without cutting all the way through.
3. Stuff cubes of brie and cranberries between the slices.
4. Place the loaf on a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter and honey.
5. Sprinkle thyme and a pinch of salt on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and melty.
8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
