  • For the Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • For the Wraps:
  • 4 pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Toss chicken strips with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

  2. Prepare tzatziki sauce: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Assemble wraps: Warm pita breads. Fill each with chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta. Add a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.

  4. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Drain cucumber well to prevent watery tzatziki.

  • Chicken thighs yield juicier meat; breasts are leaner.
