Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large pita breads or wraps
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Marinate chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
Cook chicken: Grill or pan-sear until cooked through and lightly charred. Slice thinly.
Warm wraps: Heat pita breads in a dry skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
