Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large pita breads or wraps
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.

  • Cook chicken: Grill or pan-sear until cooked through and lightly charred. Slice thinly.

  • Warm wraps: Heat pita breads in a dry skillet or oven until soft and pliable.

  • Assemble wraps: Spread a generous layer of hummus on each wrap. Top with chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta.

 

  • Finish & serve: Garnish with parsley, fold or roll, and enjoy warm.
