Greek Chicken Wraps with Creamy Feta Sauce made with juicy lemon-marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and a smooth feta yogurt sauce for an easy Mediterranean meal.


Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)

4 large flatbreads or tortillas

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded lettuce or baby spinach


Instructions

1. Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Toss the chicken in the marinade and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

4. In a small bowl, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.

5. Warm the flatbreads or tortillas slightly before assembling.

6. Spread creamy feta sauce over each flatbread, then add chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and greens.

7. Roll tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overfill the wraps to keep them easy to roll.

Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for extra juiciness.

Store chicken and sauce separately for best meal-prep results.
