Description
These Mini Phyllo Cups with Brie, Pecans & Cranberry Drizzle are the ultimate holiday appetizer! ???????? Flaky, golden shells are filled with creamy brie, crunchy pecans, and a festive cranberry sauce drizzle. Ready in just 15 minutes, they’re sweet, savory, and irresistible!
Ingredients
- 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
Place a cube of brie in each shell. Top with a few chopped pecans.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and shells are crisp and golden.
Remove from oven and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
Add a light honey drizzle if using, and top with a small rosemary sprig.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy! ????✨
Notes
You can swap cranberry sauce for fig jam, apricot preserves, or even balsamic glaze.
Brie rind is edible, but removing it helps the cheese melt smoothly.
These bites are best served fresh, but you can prep everything ahead and bake just before guests arrive.
