Ingredients
- 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Place a cube of brie in each shell. Top with a few chopped pecans.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and shells are crisp and golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
- Add a light honey drizzle if using, and top with a small rosemary sprig.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy! ????✨
Notes
- You can swap cranberry sauce for fig jam, apricot preserves, or even balsamic glaze.
- Brie rind is edible, but removing it helps the cheese melt smoothly.
- These bites are best served fresh, but you can prep everything ahead and bake just before guests arrive.
