Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzling
- Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil.
Layer sliced brie evenly across the surface.
Top with dried cranberries, toasted almonds, and thyme if using.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Brie slices melt more evenly if they’re brought to room temperature first.
Toast almonds in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes for best flavor.
Add thin apple slices or swap honey for maple syrup for a seasonal twist.
Great served with a fresh salad or warm soup.
