Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzling
  • Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place flatbreads on a baking sheet.

  • Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil.

  • Layer sliced brie evenly across the surface.

  • Top with dried cranberries, toasted almonds, and thyme if using.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.

  • Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked pepper.

Notes

  • Brie slices melt more evenly if they’re brought to room temperature first.

  • Toast almonds in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes for best flavor.
