Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pack store-bought flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Evenly arrange the Brie slices, then scatter the dried cranberries and toasted walnuts over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make the hot honey drizzle: In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat and stir in the red pepper flakes. Let it warm for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbread. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and a pinch of salt.
- Slice and serve immediately!
Notes
- Want extra crunch? Add a sprinkle of crushed pecans or almonds.
- Make it extra cheesy! Swap Brie for goat cheese, Camembert, or blue cheese for a bolder flavor.
- Need a gluten-free option? Use a gluten-free flatbread or cauliflower crust instead!
- Spice it up! Add more red pepper flakes if you love extra heat.
