Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chili flakes or hot sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil spray for baking
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until creamy.
3. Spoon the feta mixture evenly onto tortillas and fold them into wraps (like burritos or envelopes).
4. Place wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet and lightly spray or brush tops with olive oil.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. In a small bowl, mix honey and chili flakes or hot sauce to make the spicy honey drizzle.
7. Drizzle over the baked wraps before serving — enjoy warm and melty!
Notes
For extra crunch, brush wraps with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before baking.
