Description

  • 4 medium flour tortillas or phyllo sheets
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish (optional)
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place brie slices in the center of each tortilla or phyllo sheet. Fold sides in and roll tightly to seal.
  • Brush each wrap with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder if desired.
  • Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl; warm gently if you prefer a thinner drizzle.
  • Drizzle spicy honey over baked wraps, garnish with thyme or rosemary, and serve immediately.
