  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup hummus
  • ½ cup tzatziki
  • 46 pita bread triangles, warmed

Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.

  • Assemble Skewers: Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
