Ingredients
- For the Chicken Souvlaki:

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
Cook skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
