Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp honey

¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
