Ingredients
- For the Greek Chicken:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- For the Mezze Board:
- 2 burrata balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup hummus
- ½ cup tzatziki
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Warm pita bread, cut into wedges
- Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or mint), for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken strips for 5–6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
On a large serving board, place burrata in the center.
Surround with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, roasted peppers, onion, hummus, tzatziki, and feta.
Add warm pita wedges around the board.
Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle burrata with a little olive oil before serving.
Notes
Swap chicken with grilled shrimp, lamb, or falafel for variety.
Add extras like stuffed grape leaves or marinated artichokes for more texture.
Best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep the chicken and veggies in advance.
