Ingredients

  • 100 g (3.5 oz) brie cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 12 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Optional Substitutions:

  • Feta or goat cheese instead of brie
  • Agave syrup instead of honey
  • Whole wheat flatbread for a heartier texture

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Lightly brush the flatbread with olive oil.

  • Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until the brie is melted and the flatbread edges are golden.
