Ingredients
- 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Fresh thyme or mint, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until pears are tender but still hold shape.
Remove from oven and top each pear with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with fresh thyme or mint. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Pick ripe but firm pears to avoid mushiness.
Optional toppings: toasted nuts, a sprinkle of cardamom, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
Can be prepared ahead: slice pears and prep toppings, bake just before serving.
Perfect as a dessert, brunch dish, or elegant side.
